Greenwood Terrace Duplex is located approximately one mile from I-20 within a west Shreveport residential community. The 100-unit complex has a two-, three-, and four-bedroom duplex design and caters to small and medium size families. Greenwood Terrace provides residents with affordable housing free from a restrictive apartment environment.

In 1996, a new community center was built. The center houses the manager's office, and a spacious activity room.
