| In 2004, the Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport entered into an agreement with Louisiana Department of Social Services - Offices of Family Support (OFS) and the Caddo Parish School Board to provide General Education Degree (GED) preparation classes to residents of Public Housing and Section 8 participants. |

OFS also refers eligible clients to our on-site GED classes while CPSB provides qualified instructors. |
| Classes are currently
being held Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at:
U.S. Goodman Plaza Community Center
