Resident Services Office Staff
Resident Advisory Board (RAB) The Resident Advisory Board has been involved in developing and implementing several successful grant activities that formed the basis of subsequent self-sufficiency efforts for the Shreveport Housing Authority (SHA). The resident Advisory Board, through its Residents Services Office, has and is currently providing professional administrative services for the Community Services Program (CSP) and Family Self-Sufficiency (FCC) Homeownership Counseling Program. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and coordination of opportunities for residents to perform voluntary work or duties that benefit themselves as well as the general public. These benefits may include the residents' improvement in the quality of life, enhancement of resident's self-sufficiency opportunities and/or the increase in self-sufficiency to the community in which the resident resides.
Resident Advisory Board (RAB) Members Each member of the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) serves as president of the Resident Council at their respective sites.
